A. Looking, within the framework of the Dutch-Saudi relations, after the interests of the businesses at the governmental agencies, public bodies and authorities in the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia;

B. Promotion of cooperation and consultation between the Dutch and Saudi parties concerned with trade and investment affairs;

c. The promotion of cooperation and consultation with national, regional or globally operating organisations that have similar or complementary objectives, insofar as that is  considered possible and desirable;

D. Collecting information and data, in order to enlighten the interested parties on how the mutual trade interests between the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia can best be served;

E. Disseminating knowledge on trade, industry , agriculture and all economic sectors of the Netherlands to Saudi Arabia and vice versa ;

F. Providing advice and assistance regarding the fulfilment of formalities required by the concerned authorities of both countries in order to ensure the smooth conduct of trade transactions;

G. Providing information on the stipulations required for food products labelled   "halal” and if required to check and correct the required documents for export consignments of such food products;

H. On explicit request of the concerned parties, arranging for arbitration to settle disputes arising between Dutch and Saudi companies;

I. Promoting export between the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia through trade mediation, undertaking of matching research, trade missions, performing market research for products and investments, participation in trade fairs and organising business conferences;

J. Initiating and stimulating cooperation bonds between the Dutch and Saudi companies, with the aim of, on the one hand, promoting the role of the Netherlands as a gateway to the European Union, and on the other hand promoting the role of Saudi Arabia as a gateway to and a centre of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and other countries in the Middle East.
