Membership

The membership of the NSBA is open to all reputable entrepreneurs, companies and organizations that are committed to the objective of the Association. The membership is personal and cannot be transferred or obtained through inheritance.Members are classified into categories (ordinary, corporate and honorary) reflecting their level of involvement and contribution. ORDINARY membership can be granted on basis of applications, whereas CORPORATE membership is granted on basis of invitation. Moreover, NSBA recognizes, DONORS, Honorary members and Interested Parties.


Members Benefits

ORDINARY members are entitled to the following services:

  • Listing in the NSBA Membership Directory.­
  • Listing in the NSBA Online Business Directory.
  • Access to NSBA Business Database.­
  • Invitations to meetings, seminars, and presentations.­
  • Invitations to business networking events.­
  • Referrals to NSBA members and contacts.
  • Links to their website.­
  • 25% discount on services or products from NSBA if not free of charge.

CORPORATE members are entitled, in addition to the above mentioned benefits, also to:­

  • A free banner on the front page of the web-site.­
  • Preferential treatment in the placement of editorial news on the web-site and in all publications.
  • A free logo with mentioning of honor on page II of the Yearbook.

Donors are entitled to the all above mentioned benefits and moreover to:

  • A free logo on a special banner that will be placed at all NSBA events.

Contribution for membership

v       ORDINARY members are small and medium companies which have submitted a written application to the Governing Board and have been accepted by the Governing Board as members. An ordinary member has one vote right. Annual membership contributions of ordinary members depend on the size of the turnover:

 v       CORPORATE members are big companies which have been invited by the Governing Board to become members and have been accepted by the Governing Board as members. A corporate member has a two-vote right. Annual membership contribution of a corporate member for 2009 is:

v       DONORS: Donors are companies or institutions which are willing to sponsor certain activities of the association. Donors are not necessarily members yet are willing to sponsor the NSBA activities.

v       HONORARY membership is granted to natural persons who, because of their exceptional services, help in achieving the objectives of the association. Members in this category have no vote right.

v       Beside the members, the NSBA welcomes INTERESTED PARTIES who want to benefit from our services. Interested parties are natural or legal persons who cannot be admitted as members nevertheless have expressed interest in being updated about the activities and information concerning the objects of the Association. Members in this category do not have voting power. The annual contribution for interested individuals or institutions is as follows:
